We are a small animal practice based in East Grinstead, West Sussex with two smaller satellite branches in Copthorne and Crawley with nurses sometimes required to travel to branches on days they operate.
No OOH as outsourced to another practice with our phone lines being diverted at 7pm.
37.5hr week average with 1 in 5 weekends (no OOHs) and 1 in 7 Saturday mornings.
Saturday morning appointments (8am-12pm) with a nurse working 8am � until 2pm on a 1 in 5 basis.
Saturday morning shift (1 in 7) this is a 7:30-2pm shift and involves inpatient care and assisting during clinic hours.
