An independent 50% equine and 50% small animal practice which is set in a beautiful rural location on the Hampshire/Berkshire borders are looking for a permanent vet to join their team. A tight knit, highly engaged team of four vets, three nurses and a receptionist dedicated to having fun providing an exceptionally high quality service treating their clients as valued friends and their animals as if they were our own.
Working hours are 8.30am until 6pm Monday to Friday with no weekend surgeries, vets work a four-and-a-half-day week finishing at 1pm on one of the weekdays. Dedicated to providing their clients with their own out of hours service on a 1 in 4 rota. 25 days holiday a year, VDS, RCVS and BSAVA or BEVA paid for, BUPA Healthcare, pension and salary according to experience.
The practice are looking for EITHER:
A experienced, small animal vet who is interested in providing a high quality, first opinion service as part of a lovely team.
OR:
A mixed small animal and equine vet with some post-graduation experience to do predominantly small animal work but back up with the equine work.
